Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are, and that you are able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission.

Wish Hero lets you keep collections of wishes, share them with friends or by link, reserve gifts for other people, and organize gifting events such as Secret Santa and Group Gift. You can use it as a guest without creating an account; signing in with email, Google or Apple keeps your data across devices and unlocks social features that depend on knowing who you are.

We may change, add or remove features, and we may stop offering the Service. Where a change materially reduces what you can do, we will try to tell you in advance.

• You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• Usernames must be 3–20 letters, digits or underscores, and must not impersonate someone else or infringe their rights.
• Guest accounts that are not used for 90 days are deleted automatically, together with their contents. Sign in to keep your data.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account; see Delete Your Account.

You keep all rights to what you put into Wish Hero — collections, wishes, notes, photos, event details. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, adapt (for example resize a photo) and display that content as needed to run the Service and as you direct — such as showing a collection to your friends, to the members of a shared collection, or to anyone who opens a share link, including on the website. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that other users legitimately keep in their own records (for example their gift history).

You are responsible for your content. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, anything unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harasses or threatens others. Product names, images and trademarks that appear in wishes belong to their respective owners; they appear because you linked to them, and we make no claim to them.

• You control who sees each collection: everyone, friends only, or only you. Wishes in a shared collection are visible to all of its members.
• Share links work regardless of visibility. Anyone who has a link can open what it points to, in the app or on the website, and can pass the link on. Only share links with people you trust with the content.
• Content marked *everyone* may be shown on public pages of the website and may be indexed by search engines. Content with any other visibility is served only by direct link and is marked not to be indexed.
• Reserving a wish on someone's personal collection is hidden from that person by design. Reservations on a shared collection are visible to all members, with your name. Do not rely on a reservation as anything more than coordination between people: it does not buy, hold or pay for anything.

Titles, images, prices and categories are read automatically from the product pages you link, sometimes with the help of an AI model, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Prices are refreshed from your device from time to time but are never guaranteed. Wish Hero is not a shop: nothing in the Service is an offer to sell, and any purchase happens on the shop's own website under its terms. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party websites.

Secret Santa and Group Gift events are organized by their creator; we only provide the tools. The "collecting money" step of a Group Gift records who owes what to whom and lets participants mark a transfer as sent — it does not move money. Wish Hero does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee that any participant will pay or deliver a gift. Any dispute about an event or a payment is between the participants.

• Wish Hero Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing and periods are shown in the store before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in the store's subscription settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
• A Pro subscription is bound to one Wish Hero account — the account that first activates it. It follows that account onto other devices, but cannot be used by a second account. Guest accounts cannot hold a subscription; sign in first.
• Free accounts may take part in one Secret Santa and one Group Gift; further events require Pro. We may change what Pro includes; if we remove something you paid for, contact the store or us about a refund.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.

When using the Service you must not:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• harass, threaten or deceive other users, or impersonate a person or organization;
• send unsolicited requests in bulk (friend requests, "ask to share" requests, event invitations);
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including circumventing App Check, rate limits or security rules, or accessing data that is not shared with you;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the website or the Service beyond what an ordinary user does;
• reverse engineer the apps except where the law expressly permits it.

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination your right to use the Service ends; sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (your content licence for copies others keep, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that data extracted from third-party pages is accurate, or that other users will honour a reservation or an event. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, for loss of data, profits or goodwill, or for anything arising from third-party websites, other users' conduct, or events and payments arranged between users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you paid nothing, to the equivalent of EUR 50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed. For material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, and disputes are subject to the courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live. If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
