Delete Your Account

• Open Wish Hero and tap the gear in the top corner of the Home screen to open Settings.
• Scroll to Account and tap Delete Account.
• Confirm. For accounts signed in with Google or Apple you may be asked to sign in again — that is the provider confirming it is really you.

This works for guest accounts too. A guest account is still an account: it can own collections, wishes, reservations and photos, and you can remove all of it the same way.

• Your sign-in credentials and account identifier.
• Your profile — username, display name, date of birth, photo.
• Your collections and every wish in them, including uploaded photos.
• Your reservations of other people's wishes.
• Your gift history (fulfilled wishes) and ratings.
• Your friendships and pending friend requests.
• Share links you created — the links stop working.
• Your membership in shared collections, and any claims you held there.

Deletion starts immediately and finishes within a few minutes; a background job removes the pieces the app cannot remove in one step (for example files in storage). Analytics and crash data, which are not tied to your name, are retained according to Firebase's retention settings.

• Records other users made about their own activity — a friend's gift history noting a gift they bought for you, an event someone else organized that you took part in, a reservation someone holds on a wish that no longer exists (it is marked as removed).
• Copies of your name and photo that sit next to those records may persist until their owner's data is next updated or deleted.

A Wish Hero Pro subscription is billed by the App Store or Google Play, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your store account first: App Store → Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@wishhero.app from the address linked to your account, or tell us your username, and ask for deletion. We will confirm your identity and delete the account within 30 days.
